I. Application Procedures
A. With the notice of dog immunity issued by the public security department within the jurisdiction of the related district, applicants shall obtain from the Livestock, Poultry, and Veterinary Administration of Shanghai or load down from its website appended sheets (forms) of the certificate of immunity for dogs and fill them out accordingly.
B. Two passport-sized photos are required for a new Certificate and the dog in question shall be planted with an electronic label.
C. Dogs that are proved normal after clinic observation shall be injected with rabies vaccines.
D. Dog owners shall be issued with Certificate of Immunity for Dogs in Shanghai, and shall be charged on the cost incurred.
E. An annual testing system shall be carried out on Certificate of Immunity for Dogs in Shanghai. The immunity injection, inspection, and stamping shall be conducted simultaneously every year.
