2.The design and the sample of the label;
3.Interpretation of the label (size, proportion, color, location, etc.);
4.Interpretation of the use of the label in transportation;
5.Security certificate for GM organisms issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and photocopies of the relevant documents of ratification;
6.Other relevant documents of ratification (certificate of variety approval, business license, etc.);
7.Other materials needed (including the processing flow and the distribution channel of GM organisms and the administrative system of GM organisms within the enterprise).

The Scientific and Technological Information Office of the Bureau of Agriculture and Forestry of Shanghai shall be responsible for the acceptance and handling of the application, which shall be examined and approved within 30 days upon receipt.
