Starting from 1 January, 2002, farmers who have developed and constructed over 1 mu of economic forest on their contracted land suitable for economic forest development within the area stipulated in city¡¯s plan for forestry development, or social organizations, enterprises (including foreign-funded enterprises), government institutions, and individuals that have rented a total of over 30 mu of turnover land for economic forest development and construction shall be entitled to a RMB300 yuan subsidy per year for each mu of the forest land for a succession of 3 years. |
