Shanghai Mianqing Food Factory is an associated enterprise, which is engaged in seed chicken breeding, chickling hatching, birds breeding, foodstuff production, processing and distribution.
 Our product is comprised of three series, which are fresh and frozen meat chicken, rare birds as pheasant, mallard and black-bone chicken, and convenient food series. We supply many shopping malls and supermarkets of Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang. With our market share of over 70 percent, our annual sales volume is over 160 million yuan. Wang Liangyuan, the general manager, was entitled "Top ten seller of Shanghai's agricultural product" in 1999.
 We stick to the standard of "Safe, Healthy and High-grade" during our breeding and processing of meat chicken and rare bird. The farms and suppliers are all wellchosen to ensure that no pollution exists around. We choose chicklings of high grade, feed them with good foodstuff. Our foodstuff factory was certificated non-pollution foodstuff production base. Under the direction of local epidemic prevention department, we control the range and dosage of pesticide, so that the remainder volume of pesticide in our chicken is strictly under the criteria. Our meat chickens and rare birds are quarantined before and after slain, which is under the supervision of professional farriers of the district farrier station. Advanced flow lines are adopted in our meat chicken processing factory. Cooling slot, central air-condition workshop and high temperature library are also equipped to guarantee our deepfreeze ability of 40 tons per day and refrigeration volume of 450 tons. The health of our product is guaranteed by that inspectors trained by the district farrier station supervise throughout the processing procedure.
