A few days ago, Sanqiao Village of Jinqiao Town, Pudong New Area, Shanghai completed its construction of the village’s first computer room, which is equipped with 31 computers and other related teaching facilities. On November11, 2003, the computer room saw its first group of 30 elderly students. The establishment of this village computer room is another example showing the fruits of the city’s campaign of “Let millions of citizens go online and let information and technology enter my family”.
