| The Shanghai Peach Blossom Festival 2005, whose theme is “Visiting the ‘two ports’ of Nanhui and enjoying the metropolitan peach blossoms”, will kick off on March 25th this year. It is learned that, apart from reserving such traditional scenic spots as Peach Blossoms at the Luchao Port, Coastal Peach Blossoms for Leisure, Folk Custom Peach Blossoms in the Northern Town, Peach Blossoms at Xinchang and Shanghai Wild Animals Park, the 20-day festival will also boast another scenic spot entitled “Shanghai Fresh Flowers Port” and the theme park in the port, the biggest tulip park in the country, will also be opened to tourists during the festival.
