For this end, relevant plans and details for its implementation have been made.

The principle governing the implementation of the plans is unified management, coordinated arrangement, unified planning, step-by-step implementation according to laws, standardized operation, enhanced coordination, graded responsibility, and ensured quality. In addition, efforts will be made in such following aspects as ear tag management, data collection, statistics analysis, examination supervision, and ear tag re-wearing. Details for implementation will specify the operation methods for ear tag use, recording of information about epidemic prevention, and the use of the epidemic prevention card.
